Family & Student Registration
Welcome to Sunshine School Family/Student online registration. The information provided in the registration process is used to register your family and child into our school database and to allow us to help you complete the registration forms required by our school, Department of Social Service (DSS), and California Department of Education (CDE). To start the process, we need your family name, home phone number, child's first name, child's last name, Sunshine location and program to allow us to search our database, so an unique family and student ID can be assigned. If you are an existing Sunshine family, please enter the phone number that you originally used to register to our school, so we can pre-populated information for you. In most case, you can just type the data, as the system will auto format the data accordingly. All information are kept strickly confidential and private. Fields marked with "*" are required.
