Below are some quick reminders about Sunshine's After School Program, including this Friday's Holiday Potluck, Spring Extracurricular Classes, Math Club, and Winter Break's Full Day Program on December 22nd and 23rd.

(Ugly) Christmas Sweater Holiday Potluck 
Sunshine School would like to invite Sunshine students and their families to join our Annual Sunshine After School Holiday Potluck! Please use the following Google Form to sign up! Families are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to set up their dishes. Get ready for a night of holiday cheer!

• Come celebrate with us on Friday, December 19th in the Ruskin Multipurpose Room from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. 
• Our theme this year is (UGLY) Christmas Sweater! Don your ugliest, tackiest, snuggliest Christmas Sweater to our gathering!
• Our Photo Booth Station will also be open from 5:00pm tp 6:00pm!

Holidays
Sunshine After School will be CLOSED from Wednesday, December 24th through Friday, January 2nd for Winter Break. We will be open for our Full Day Program on Monday, December 22nd and Tuesday, December 23rd for students who have signed up. Sunshine will be back to our regular After School schedule on Monday, January 5th. 

Winter Break Full Day Program  
Sunshine School will be OPEN on the following days during Winter Break: Monday, December 22nd and Tuesday, December 23rd from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Families will need to sign-up and pay to reserve a space for their child during those dates. Parents can pay online through their Sunshine account or at the Sunshine Office (1363 Turlock Lane). Space is LIMITED so please sign up as soon as possible. The tuition is $160 for both days or $95 per day.

Math Club Interest
We are gathering interest for a free Math Club at Sunshine's After School Program for students in 3rd grade and above starting January 2026!

About the Math Club
The goal of this club is to offer additional support and enrichment for students who are interested in mathematics, problem-solving, and math contests. Students will practice using previous Math League contest papers, giving them a fun and engaging way to strengthen their Math and critical-thinking skills. 

Who Can Join?
Any student in 3rd grade or above who enjoys math or wants to challenge themselves is welcome! There is no cost to participate.

The Math Club will meet once a week (1 hour/session) during after-school hours. Please fill out the following form to let us know if you’re interested in participating and the day/time you prefer. We’ll collect information from all the families who are interested, and a detailed schedule will be shared once confirmed.
