As we wrap up the year, we would like to wish you all a wonderful holiday season! Below you will find information about our upcoming holiday breaks, Full Day Programs for Winter Break and MLK Day sign-ups (for After School students), Extracurricular sign-ups for Spring 2023, and more!

    Sunshine Preschool and After School locations will not be holding our Annual Holiday Potluck this year. We will be sending home a small gift of gratitude for our students and families this holiday season later on in the month!       

Holidays
Sunshine Pre-School will be CLOSED from Thursday, December 22nd through Monday, January 2nd for Winter Break. We will be back in session on Tuesday, January 3rd.

Holidays
Sunshine After School will be CLOSED from December 23rd through January 2nd for Winter Break. We will be open for our Full Day Program from Tuesday, January 3rd to Friday, January 6th for students who have signed up. Sunshine will be back to our regular After School schedule on Monday, January 9th. 

Full Day Program & Winter Break  
Sunshine School will be OPEN on the following days during Winter Break: Tuesday, January 3rd to Friday, January 6th as well as Monday, January 16th for MLK Day from 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Families will need to sign-up and pay to reserve a space for their child during those dates. Parents can pay online through their Sunshine account or at the Sunshine Office (1363 Turlock Lane). Space is LIMITED so please sign up as soon as possible. The tuition is $350 for all five days or $88 per day.

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 1st of every month. Parents may check their balance online at www.mysunshineschool.com. Please pay the amount owed by December 10th or a late fee of 10% will apply. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Spring 2023 Extracurricular Sign-up
Sign-ups for Spring 2023 Extracurricular classes are here! Please review our available classes here: Spring 2023 Extracurriculars. By popular demand, our Reading Class is now available again next school term! A brief description of some of our classes can viewed on our Extracurricular Flyer Brochure.

Families may use the following link to sign-up for Extracurricular Classes or turn in a hard copy of the form to your child's lead teacher or to the Sunshine Office (1363 Turlock Lane).

The last day to sign up for Extracurricular Classes is Tuesday, January 10th. 

Extracurricular classes will begin on the week of January 16th. We will be sending out the roster and updated schedule once the roster has been finalised. 

Extracurricular Class Reminders

• For 2022, the last day of extracurricular classes are listed below:
  • Art & Design: 12/5
  • Chinese & Spanish: 12/9
  • Chess & Math: 12/13
  • Creative Cartoon: 12/14
  • Clay Art: 12/15
  • Kung Fu & Soccer: 12/22
• There will be make-up classes for the following classes: 
  • Chess (12/13, for cancelled class on 9/6)
  • Math (12/13, for cancelled class on 9/6)
  • Creative Cartoon (12/14, for cancelled class on 11/16)
  • Clay Art (12/15, for cancelled class on 11/10)
  • Kung Fu (12/15, 12/22, for cancelled classes on 9/15 and 11/10)
  • Soccer (12/15, 12/22, for cancelled classes on 9/15 and 11/10)
• Soccer and Kung Fu Class scheduled for Thursday, 12/1 was cancelled due to the rain. This class session will be refunded to families through their Sunshine Account.
