Dear Sunshine Families,

We are starting to make preparations for the upcoming school year! Please take the time to fill out this survey so that we can get a head start on classroom and transportation arrangements for the 2022-2023 school year.

If your child(ren) is currently in the After School program and still have a deposit in your account, your child(ren) will be automatically added to the roster at the start of the Fall 2022 school year (please still fill out this survey so that we can get information about attendance and transportation).
