Dear Sunshine Families,

At Sunshine School, the health and safety of our students and staff are always our top priority. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our schools and reduce the risk of exposure to our students and staff, we are conducting a simple screening questionnaire before your child's return to our program. Your participation is important to help us take precautionary measures to make sure our students and staff have a safe place to come back to. 

We kindly request that students who have traveled out of state and/or have been in public places with large gatherings such as airports, sports arena, etc. within the last seven days to provide a negative COVID-19 test prior to returning to our program.
