Greetings Sunshine Family,

October has flown by and the season to give thanks is fast approaching. Sunshine School is continually thankful for our dedicated staff, our supportive parents, and our hardworking students! We hope everyone is ready for the many fun activities and celebrations coming around in the next few months!

Holidays
Sunshine School will be CLOSED on November 28th and 29th to observe Thanksgiving.

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 1st of every month. Parents may check their balance online at www.mysunshineschool.com. Please, pay the amount owed by November 10th or a late fee of 10% will apply. Thank you for your cooperation.

Halloween Talent Show
Thank you to all the students who participated in the talent show and to all the families that attended. We invite you to remember the evening with pictures and videos - Talent Show Picture & Video Gallery. 

We've also received some kind praise from one of our Kindergarten parents that we'd like to share:

"Also wanted to say I really enjoyed the talent show. The kids were so cute and many of them really impressive not even exhibiting any stage fright. I also loved that the 2 teachers got up there and danced as well. What a wonderful group of role models for these kids. Please share my sentiment with the group!"

November/December Full-Day Program 
Sunshine School will be open on November 11th, November 25th - 27th, and December 23rd from 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Parents will need to sign-up and pay to reserve a space for their child during those dates. Parents can pay through their lead teacher or in the Sunshine Office. Space is LIMITED to 60 students. The cost is $250 for all five days or $60 per day. 

Extracurricular Classes 
Make-up classes for Music, Chinese Painting, and Yoga will be on Monday, December 16th at the regular scheduled times. 

There will be no Chinese Class for 1st graders and up during the week of November 15th - 22nd due to Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Picture Days
Please see Sunshine School's picture days below:

• Kindergarten students will take their pictures on Wednesday, November 6th
• 1st - 3rd Grade students will take their pictures on Thursday, November 7th
• 4th - 8th Grade students will take their pictures on Friday, November 8th
• Siblings will also take pictures on Friday, November 8th
