As we wrap up the year, we would like to wish you all a wonderful holiday season. There will be many exciting winter festivities coming up. For one, Sunshine School will be hosting our Annual Christmas Potlucks this month (details can be found below).                               New Online Automatic Payment Feature

We’re pleased to announce that we have chosen a new solution that will automate our billing process, adding convenience and flexibility for parents. Instead of having to remember to send payments for a month of service, you can now choose to have fees automatically debited directly from your bank account.

To automate your billing, simply complete and return the form (Link here: Authorization Agreement for Automatic Direct Payments), and we’ll do the rest. For clarity purposes, we recommend that parents complete the form on the computer and print it out instead of handwriting the information. Each time a payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.

*If parents would like to start automated payments by January 1st, 2018, please turn in the Authorization Agreement by December 15th. Due to the sensitive information provided on the agreement, please turn in the form directly to your location director.

Preschool Christmas Potluck
The Christmas Potluck for all preschool locations will be on Friday, December 15th at 4:30 PM in the Ruskin Elementary School Multipurpose Room. 


Food Drive Ends December 8th
Just a friendly reminder that our food drive has been extended to Friday, December 8th. We would like to give a special thank you to all the generous families who have already donated to our annual food drive. You have helped to truely make a difference in our community!
 

Holidays
Sunshine School will be CLOSED from December 25th, 2017 to January 1st, 2018 for Winter Break. School will be back in session on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018.

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 1st of every month. Parents may check their balance online at www.mysunshineschool.com. Please, pay the amount owed by December 10th or a late fee of 10% will apply. Parents can view the tuition chart here: After School Tuition 2017 - 2018. Thank you for your cooperation. 

 

Christmas Potlucks (December 7th & 8th)
Sunshine invites you all to join friends and family in the festivities at our Sunshine After School Christmas Potlucks! Please, sign-up to bring a dish before Monday, December 4th! Parents are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to set up their dishes. We will provide a photo booth again this year! Get ready for a night of fun!

  • Come celebrate with our 1st to 8th graders on Thursday, December 7th at 5:00 PM in the Ruskin Multipurpose Room.
  • Come celebrate with our kindergarten students on Friday, December 8th at 5:00 PM in the Ruskin Multipurpose Room.
     

Extracurricular Class Reminders

  • For 2017, the last week of extracurricular classes will be the week of December 4th - 8th.
  • There will be make-up classes for the following: 
    • Reading & Writing Classes missed on September 26th will be made up on Tuesday, December 12th
    • Reading Classes missed on September 27th will be made up on Wednesday, December 13th
    • Soccer Classes missed on September 27th will be made up on Wednesday, December 13th. 
  • Parents should receive a sign up form for Extracurricular Classes Sign-Up for 2018. Please, return these forms with payment by Monday, December 11th in order to guarantee a space in the classes.You may also view the list of classes here: January - June 2018 Extracurricular Classes.
